Bartoline Border & Overlap Adhesive is a specially formulated adhesive for fixing decorative borders to interior surfaces, including vinyl.Possessing high grab properties, easy to apply to all borders, and can also be used to reattach torn and ripped wallcoverings, and fixing seams.
